Nine Mile Historic Reserve
Drive 40 minutes from Wanaka towards the Lindis Pass. Turn left onto the Old Faithful Road (sign is opposite Timburn Road) where we will park.
It is an easy 6 km walk following the Lindis River to the reserve and the remains of the old stone Lindis Hotel. Return by the same route. There could be showers and possibly a muddy track.

Google now charges to include a map, and their instructions on getting a free API_KEY are too gobbledegooglish for me to bother. The normal meeting place is the lake front near the showgrounds, Lat:-44.6990, Lng:169.1257.
