Bridle Track
Meet at the lake front at 9 30 am. Travel to Davis Flat and walk a well graded track. It follows the old Bridle track (the first link between Otago and Westland) through beautiful bush then up to the Look out at the Haast Pass summit for lunch - a beautiful spot and views. Return the same way. Approximately 10 kms and then Ice creams and Coffees at Makarora.
$10 for car pool.
