Morven Ferry Road to Old Shotover Bridge. We drive over the Crown Range. Instead of turning right to Arrowtown, take the immediate left turn on Arrow River Bridges Road - this meets Morven Ferry Road where we park by the DOC sign. A car shuffle will leave a car on the Queenstown side of the Old Shotover Bridge - the end of the walk.

Monday's walk 18th May
Dry Creek - hopefully lives up to its name in the uncertain weather. We drive to the Tarras-Cromwell road and after the Lindis Bridge turn left into Ardgour Road. Bear left where the Thomson Gorge Road goes off, then 3km further on there is a DOC car park on the right.
Where the track splits we will have a democratic vote on whether to turn left up the steep hill for lunch on the ridge leading to Cloudy Peak or continue up Dry Creek to explore the bush at the foot of Mt Kamaka. I will ignore the result of the vote and do what I fancy doing at the time.
