Meet 9.30 am at the waterfront carpark opposite McDougall Street.
Travel to Hawea township, turn left just after the pub into Flora Dora Parade and park at the car park over looking the lake.
We will walk on the track to Johns Creek for lunch, then return. Coffee, etc at the Hawea Store afterwards.
About 13k return. Easy walking on a dry cycle trail. Be prepared for a possible shower mid-day.
